State Administration Study Program


Vision

"The realization of the State Administration Study Program which produces graduates who are superior, independent, cultured, innovative in the field of Public Administration at the national level in 2025 and in Southeast Asia in 2030."

Mission

  1. Organizing quality education in the State Administration in order to produce graduates who are competent in the field of State Administration.
  2. Contributing to the development of research focuses on the science of State Administration both nationally and Southeast Asia.
  3. Organizing community service as an effort to encourage learning processes that are useful for the academic community, government, private institutions and the community.
  4. Cooperate with other educational institutions, government and community organizations at the local, national and Southeast Asian levels
  5. Making the State Administration Study Program a laboratory for administration, policy and public service that is committed to scientific development and social technology.


Aim

  1. Produce graduates of the State Administration who excel in mastering Administrative Sciences, possess knowledge and skills in the field of State Administration so that they can compete in the local, national and international labor markets;
  2. Produce State Administrative Sciences graduates who have strong, confident and highly competitive personalities so they are able to develop themselves independently, who are sensitive and can participate in the administrative process, determining policies and administering public services;
  3. Producing State Administrative Sciences graduates who have good personalities, have noble cultural values ??by prioritizing local cultural values, tolerating cultural diversity and upholding the values ??of honesty in carrying out every activity that contributes to people's welfare.
  4. Establishing good and harmonious relationships between the academic community, as well as the implementation of all academic and non-academic activities that run well. Thus the bachelor of State Administration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University will be able to develop partnerships with the business world in optimizing local potential to realize an education system in the field of State Administration that is in accordance with the needs of the community.
  5. Produce graduates of the State Administration who have sufficient academic capacity and expertise to continue their higher level studies (S2 and S3).
  6. Making the State Administration Study Program a forum in research and community service that contributes to the improvement of the quality of administration, policy, regional development planning, and public services.
